A Deserving Victim

When the alien symbiote Harlequin landed in Maxi's lap to grace her with tentacles and teleportation, she/they realized that they could be a superhero. She had to try it at least once, and she had a problem that they needed to solve; a viciously corrupt, stupidly sociopathic cop named Nathan Monroe.

Together, they discover that it's a lot harder to deal with people like Monroe when you don't enjoy killing people.
