Bloody Birds

A man in a Chinese festival mask -Lincoln Carter-,living in an abandon neighborhood, is the reason for all the deaths in Yachats, Oregon. The deaths weren't a surprise or a plan, just natural selection. He warns them to never step on his street every again if he sees them once. It is their fault if they step foot on his street, leading them to their death. For Anthony Bird, it was the same deal, but with a different outcome.
