Nothing was making any sense. How did she get here? What had changed? Why were they all so cold?
A sort of "what if" scenario I came up with one day: what it would be like if the Cortana we all know and love from Halo 1-4 suddenly "returned" post-Halo 5, having to face a universe corrupted by, seemingly, her own hands?

So this is based a few years after the death of Caden and this story follows a new spartan who shows up out of nowhere with no memories of who she is or where she Came from, Chief begins to see something in her he hasn't ever since the death of his closest friend and lover. But eventually she regains her memories about where she Came from, and it threatens to ruin everything she has strived to achieve. This also has some relation to red vs blue so yeah. Also I better point out that this takes place roughly after halo 5 only the storyline I'm messing around with so Cortana isn't bad in this you have been told. Ok so I lied in the last book about lemons but I'm warning you guys again just in case I get bored with how the book is going and want to spice things up ok?
