After recovering from Dagur going missing Hiccup and the gang have had a break in dragon hunters, but when a Screaming Death egg goes missing everything changes as the gang try to find out who this thief is. After they journey after the thief the gang find out that she has a Dragon Eye lens and is a dragon rider. But with Viggo also on a mission to find the thief, it becomes a race, who can find the thief? And Who can get the Egg and the Lens?
