John Pendanski always knew he was gay, he did since he was 15. Nobody knew, and he wanted it to stay that way. But, day after day, he keeps finding himself talking with Marion Sevillo, one of the other councelours at Camp Green Lake. And day after day, he finds himself wanting to talk with him more.
Marion Sevillo, or rather Mr. Sir, never would admit to himself, or anyone, that he was gay. He never wanted to. It was always looked down on in his family, and if they ever found out, they'd be so ashamed. And what would the kids at Camp Green Lake think? And what he hated to admit even more was that he was falling for the very councelor he was supposed to "hate". John Pendanski.
It's not like they could just say it.
But after secrets of the past begin to unravel, it's only a matter of time before one secret too many spills.

Having schizophrenia was a pain sometimes, but it didn't mean Nico was crazy, even if the voices told him he was. The real ones, and the ones in his mind. The only person he could ever consider a friend would be his psychologist (aka his therapist), Jenny, who he had grown a strong connection with over the 4 years he had been going to see her. He didn't trust anyone else. Nico knew that no one would look past it all like she does. That is, until Will Solace enters the picture, the happy go lucky college student striving to be a therapist.
