Arventh Seirr is the young and absolute monarch of Xindin. Blessed with fertile land and a powerful military, Xindin stands contentedly above its neighbours. Despite this, Arventh harbours a broken soul, having never recovered from his father's sudden death. To uphold a promise made by his beloved predecessor, Arventh marries the princess of a small, endangered kingdom. However, not everything transpires as simply as he hoped. In face of a strange but genuine woman, the king struggles to maintain the painless harmony around him as memories and emotions unwanted begin to resurface. ~ Entering a kingdom cold to outsiders is never easy. Taking the sought-after place beside the people's beloved king is even harder. Alaeca Mythal is a spirited woman determined to create a place for herself in Xindin. Welcomed only by a select few, Alaeca confronts alienation, loneliness, and even threats. But before she can gain acceptance in the dark place she now calls home, Alaeca must first melt the icy walls around her reserved husband. (Lovely cover by @EffervescentCookie)

OCxAzriel(acotar) This story follows Verena, a half high fae, half witch, who has lived with so much anger and despair since she was 16, when everything she knew and loved was taken from her by no other than the then High Lord of the Night Court. Centuries have passed, but Verena cannot let go of all the damage that has been done to her and to her people. This is why she finds herself in the last place she ever thought she would be at: the Night Court. She's after the last piece of her heritage; her mother's spell book, and nothing will stop her. Even if a certain shadowsinger has his eyes on her all the time. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the most powerful High Lord, Rhysand, is her brother? I do not own any of the Original characters from ACOTAR, only the ones I have created for this story. *Takes place before and after the events of ACOTAR ;) More coming soon...
