Louise is a high school student, along with her best friend Amy. Unexpectedly, an earthquake occurs, causing Voids (monsters who escaped from the underworld that feed off the souls of humans) to walk freely on Earth. What is a normal girl to do? Nothing. However, Louise is anything but normal; in fact she is a vampire. She decides to take matters into her own hands by protecting what’s important to her, one Void at a time.
Lance Odinburg, prince of all vampires, is ordered to lead an army of Voids onto Earth as a sign of an initiation to the Vampire war. What he didn’t expect to see was a vampire, who is doing everything in her power to stop him. Why is she trying so hard to stop him? Why is there a vampire living on Earth? Why is the vampire King so intent on starting a war? And, why is Louise just so damn irresistible?
Everyone makes choices. Some are good, some are bad. You don’t know where your choices will take you. Sometimes, it’s better to just take a risk and see how far you get.
