These are true animal stories.
We live on a loop road surrounded by a preserve. Panthers, bears, alligators, deer and turkey are some of the animals that have visited us.
The bobcat, on this cover, was trying to catch a stray domestic cat. It had escaped under our house.
After my husband took this picture, the bobcat ran away, and the house cat lived.
Our self-appointed neighborhood protector is Lucky the Fearless Dog. The first story is a MicroByte entry about Lucky and a bear.
I plan on adding more animal stories. There have been a number of close animal encounters. Life is never boring in the country.

Ever since I was a kid, all I wanted to do was to make beautiful dresses for anyone who wanted to look like a princesa. But when one thing led to another, all my dreams were flushed down the drain. I suppose it hadn't been all bad, though. A kind-hearted guinea pig philanthropist took me in as his ward when I could've gone to prison and I was soon living the good life. Now, a lot has changed since he took in five other animals seen as monsters in the public eye and gave them a chance at redemption. At first, I was skeptical, but since he helped me a great deal, maybe these misunderstood creatures, these Bad Guys could be helped, too. But I ended up learning more from them than they learned from us. Let me tell you my story and you will see what I mean.Complete

Survivors
Many, many, many years after the Warriors Cats books. The cover photo is of two of the main cats, Littlebit and Minibit. Just so it's also knows, I did this many years ago and might go through it again and fix how it's written. It was my first story I've EVER written and I think it kinda sucks. I named it Survivors before Erin Hunter started the dog series named Survivors. Its all kind of a coincidence. Please leave me some comments on things to possibly fix, because I do want to fix it one day and try to make it as good as I really wanted it to be. So any kind of creative criticism is accepted, but if you just tell me it's good or it sucks, that won't really help me. Tell me what's good. Tell me what sucks. Please and thanks :) Cat names at the beginning of the house cats are nicknames of me and my friends then two of my actual cats that I have at home. I know I need to do something with all of the other names, but I need help with that. So, suggestions of names to fit each cat would also be appreciated. Hope you enjoy the story.Complete

After the departure of the three siblings, the Smiling Critters find themselves involved in a dangerous adventure outside of PlayCare; threatened by the Rejected Critters, who seem to want to finish them off and take over the leadership of the group. Despite the plans, something seems to be wrong with the Smiling Critters; The group is greatly weakened and they do not seem to understand each other. Different problems are making their bonds weaker, almost breaking apart. Will they put their grudges aside and end up defeating the Rejected Critters? Or one misstep may lead to their downfall?
