They say opposites attract, however, and this story is one of many examples.

Cyrus likes to read books and watch TV in his free time. He has good grades all around and never misses a day of school. While TJ, on the other hand, loves sports and always wants adventure. He truly loves Cyrus, in more ways than one. What makes his heart break is that he knows Cyrus isn't being treated well. TJ can see Cyrus is being abused, but Cyrus won't listen. "H-He...Jonah would never hurt me. Jonah Beck loves me." "He's killing Cyrus inside, Buffy! You can't tell me you don't see it!" "Don't fucking touch him again you perverted asshole!"
