As Moonstar lonelily slept inside her Twoleg's home, she started wondering about what it would be like to live out there. She wondered about everything that lived there, and she had heard about a group of cats that lived out there.
"If they could live there, so can I!" Moonstar thought easily. She found out she was wrong when she suddenly got attacked by an unexpected group and gets protected so she can run. Soon after, a tragic event happens and causes her to live in a small cave in the forest. Could she have been wrong choosing to live out here? Or will it become worth it in the end?

In AshClan, Slatepaws's sharp attitude and ego is finally catching up to him and he is forced to go through a very harsh wakeup call which forces him to change his perspective, despite his reluctance. In MountainClan, Mountainstar's life has changed completely in only two moons and she struggles to be a good leader while trying to build confidence, pride and respect within her Clan of rouges, kittypets and loners.
