During a battle with the warlord Kuma, Law and Kid get sent flying across the Grand line and end up on a tropical island. Both are pretty pissed about it, they don't get along at all. After all, they're rivals. However, surviving is more important than fighting each other in this situation. After a few weeks of tolerating and helping each other, the pirates realize their rivalry might've turned into something else.
