The designation first occurred 83 years ago. When our ancestors were allowed to choose if the wished to leave Earth and live on the generation ships headed to Gliese 581g or if they wished to stay on Earth and carry out The Stabilization of Earth Plan, or The SEP. the peace lasted about 20 years but soon people realized that the plan would fail and soon the wars began again. The first war was between Russia and some country that is now an area of Russia. Not that it really mattered, soon all form of government collapsed and we are all now living in a wasteland. This is the world I live in. My name is irrelevant because, I'm only one of billions of people stuck in this hell we did not choose, in a world left in ruin and still holding old men's grudges.All Rights Reserved
