Violette Darkbloom has successfully made it to a college sufficiently far away from the demons lurking in her past. She has even managed to find an amazing friend in her roommate, Adrianna Daniels, who joins Violette on her nightclub spree every month. With her roommate's annoying brother who just happens to hate Violette's guts and a guy who's desperate to lure her into a relationship, life sure as hell isn't boring. But here's the catch, she does NOT date.
Life seems to be travelling up a rollercoaster a thousand smiles an hour.
Too bad they speed down twice as fast.
Watch as Violette learns that you have to heal in order to bloom.
And that maybe, demons are only angels with horns.

"You need to get away from me." I whispered.
"Why?" I winced at his soft, pleading tone.
"I'm not someone you start something with. It always ends up being incomplete."
"No," he began softly, "you're scared that once it's complete, it'll end. You think nothing good could ever come out of you. But, that's not true. You push away the good. You push away your happiness. You don't fight for what you love because you think you're not worth it. A coward. That's what you are."
"I'll hurt you." I whispered, my voice saturated with vulnerability. He moved closer and wiped away the tears that leaked out without my knowledge. His eyes brimmed with unshed tears while his face displayed a sad smile.
"Oh but darling, what kind of love doesn't?"
