**This is a continuation of the first book in the Lion's Roar series: "The White Paladin". If you haven't read that first, then I would seriously suggest doing so otherwise the events and references that occur in this book will make absolutely no fucking sense and that's a promise.
This is incredibly self indulgent for me, a continuous project that's solely for my enjoyment but considering the amount of effort I'm putting into this I might as well share it with the world. I hope you like it, I pour my heart and soul into this shit.**

After she is rescued she finds out she is the purple lions' paladin. What will they think of her heritage? Will they trust her? Why is she important to Zarkon and the war? Will Voltron trust her? Commander Cerulean: A Voltron Fanfiction
It been three months since the Blue Paladin went missing in battle. Three months since team Voltron lost their friend. Three months since it felt like the stars had dimmed without his presence. Lance's communications cut out in the middle of a battle with the Galra. No one had been watching him or seen him since the battle started, and when the battle had finished they had all landed on a small lush planet nearby, but Lance hadn't come out. When they had looked at his Lion, there had been a large hole blown through the side of her head, and no pilot. Now, with the Galra getting more powerful the search for the Cuban boy had dwindled and everyone felt his disappearance much more. But a new group of rebels seemed to have risen from the tides of war and begun fighting. The team could tell they were advanced as they would save planets the team could not get to in time. They didn't have a name, but their victorys were known all across the universe. Allura decided an alliance with them would be best. ~~ Alright, let's go along some stuff before we get started. 1. This is my first actual book, but I'll take whatever help you'll give me if your not mean. 2. I'm mainly winging this. I have no idea how it will turn out. 3. I'm a new writer. The only thing I've written is reports for school and some one shots I used as practice. 5. This will probably be short or discounted if I give up, but I do want to do this. I won't probably leave this unfinished, but if I want to get done fast it will probably be rushed at the end. Also, please read the first chapter cuz that's where all the warnings and the into is. What is Voltron meant for? King Alfor was the creators of the Lions of Voltron. He told everyone across the Universe that they would be safe from the reign of tyranny as long as they kept faith in Voltron. That's exactly what they did. The people of the universe believed in Voltron. That is what Voltron was made for. To keep people safe! Not to use a weapon to destroy the universe. The day Alfor saw his best friend and leader became corrupted he knew what he had to. He wasted no time! King Aflor built another Lion. One that is opposite to the Black Lion. The White Lion. The White Lion was never used. The only reason the king made it was as a backup. But he also made it with two functions. The White Lion was the heart of Voltron. It guided Voltron. Actually a few people did hear about this so called White Lion and started looking for it. When they find it.....let's just say it didn't end well. Only the purest, kindness, and most gentle of souls could pilot The White Lion. That is also what the White Lion is the pure part of Voltron. To find someone like that is difficult to find. But what if I told you there was someone like that? Someone pure, gentle, and kind of soul. This is the story of how the Legend became a paladin. She Was The Legend In White. Hey, This can't be real. But what is real? I don't know... the white walls of this hospital seem realer than the vibrant worlds I've visited... inside a flying lion. That does look a lot dumber in writing. Good, I'm glad I'm insane, it's so much more convenient to be insane than to be stressed about my team not being able to form Voltron without me. Toumia
After barely fighting off a fleet of Galra ships, Voltron lands on the planet Toumia that is surrounded by three suns, humbly expecting thanks, gratitude, and food. Not necessarily in that order. However, as soon as they land on the ground, the leader of the Ibhe Htua, Pedagogue Tuaste, tells them that they did a good job, but there's a lot to learn before they even have a hope of defeating Zarkon and his evil empire. Grudgingly, they accept her offer to train them. However, a new threat to the universe arises soon after they land on Toumia, one that is completely unrelated to Zarkon and the Galra Empire. One of the many societies on the planet with purple grass has developed a way to help the universe, but the Voltron Team knows that this will do anything but help the universe, and that they must stop it at all costs. Together, the five Paladins make up Voltron, Defender of the Universe. And what do defenders of the universe do? They defend it. * * * The timeline for this fanfiction within seasons 1-2 of VLD are unknown, for reasons that will be clear by the end of this particular fanfiction. As such, the characters will know how to do certain things, and not know other things. Because of this, there will be spoilers for some things but not others, and seeing as this happens somewhere within the spacetime between the episodes of seasons 1 and 2. It's weird. Hang with me, it'll all make sense by chapter sixteen. Maybe fifteen. I haven't written that far out yet. And just as a forewarning: in this, I will be doing several play-on-word jokes that may seem offensive. THEY ARE NOT. Google the meanings of said words, and you'll see why I made them, if you're that mad. They're funny, mostly because of the reactions of the characters. Also, don't take this too seriously. 6 years ago, Lance was kidnapped without a clue to where he went. Team Voltron searched far and wide, with not even a smidge of luck. They still have a bit of hope, but after 6 years that hope is dwindling. The blue lion has a new paladin, and the team is moving on. 5 years in the slave trades changed Lance, physically and mentally. He is a new person, no longer the goofy blue paladin he once was. He is now the leader of a year-old group of do-gooder assassins who take down the people who once "owned" them. Their identities hidden, they are known only as the "Deathhawks", and Lance known as "Pike". When Voltron hears about the Deathhawks, they want to meet up and ask them to join the Voltron Coalition.
