Wings of Fire; Torn Between Sides
This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Sutherland and this is just a fan-fiction based off of her series. No characters within this book are from the cannon books and it doesn't follow the cannon timeline. (Contains violence) The war has started between the tribes. It is Shardseeker's Hatching Day. He celebrates it, though he didn't think he would. He then flies to a hidden place where the stones are kept. He goes off to find the stone, but he'll need help. Fennec is a timid Sandwing. She is desperate to prove her worth. She goes to find the stone when she isn't an adult yet. There are quite a talonful of cons that Fennec has to go through. Will she be alive and bring the stone back to the cave, or will she be replaced when she dies alone? Siren has been quite sad without Shardseeker by her side. She has always thought that he had died when he left Siren for two years. So she has been in a bad mood for those years. But, when Shardseeker returns to her, she is overjoyed to see him alive, but danger rises when all of the stones are collected. That danger is a threat to all of dragonkind. Will Siren and her team be able to stop the threat before it destroys the world, or will it be too late to do anything? (This story is basically 3 shorter stories that connect sorta.)Complete

Nightwatcher's role used to be just another innocent Nightwing, living by herself and out of the business of the Nightwings. Dawn was signed into Blaze's army and fought her first battle, after many trainings with her only battle mate and friend Dingo. Until she met a Skywing, alone and together, out in the dunes, and giving into this trusting feeling towards him she and her new friend set off on a course to a new life, away from their place and to their new and actual home. And deep in the sea, there was a Seawing dragonet, with her own opinions than others. As her friends and family all supported Blister for the war, Hurricane herself didn't trust Blister, the most scheming of the three Sandwing sisters. She believed that the Sandwing princess hid more plans behind those glittering obsidian-black eyes, some that could put their own Seawing tribe at risk. Looking out over the cliff, he saw the source, like a blinding flame that was thousands of times more powerful than any spark. It was round and it rested in the sky far above him, illuminating the ground below. It was strange in more ways than that. Since it seemed as if the sky itself was broken. The whiteness that had completely covered it before had moved. Revealing a bright endless blue behind. There were still patches of that whiteness far above, but they seemed fluffy now, no longer a blanket of dread covering the world. They were all different shapes and sizes, but they had none of the previously uniform aesthetic. The sky was turning bright colors as he watched, reds and oranges, reflecting off those white things into pinks and purples as well, it was the most wonderful thing that Uhar had ever seen, colors he'd never even imagined were in that sky.
