“Shoot.” she whispered, clear liquid streaming down her face. Today was a horrible day, and for some reason, she had an ache in her heart. 
    “What happened, baby?” he whispered, sitting close to her. He wrapped her into a tight embrace. 
    “Why?” she said, looking up at him, her face streaked with tears. His gut tightened. 
    He looked down at her, memories flashing through his mind. “Because your problem is mine.”

    They were both stuck in a prestigious high-security school for ‘gifted students.’ He was an egotistic adventurous boy who couldn't be caged. She just wanted freedom. They both met up together to devise a plan to escape that place that they both hated, promising that they would only help each other for that reason, but they both broke that promise as they help each other through bad moments and revenge.
