James Phoenix has suffered the loss of his sister and mother in a house fire a few years ago.
His father was used as a scapegoat for a murder he didn't commit. This left James in the hands of an old family friend.
It's been a few years since then and James lives and works for a blacksmith named Fabron. It's been peaceful for him until he receives a letter from the King. The letter is a job offer to become a Killsman.
Only 6 people in the Kingdom can be chosen to become the next Killsman squad.
James is only one of 6 to receive the letter. There is one problem though, James hates the King for wrongfully blaming his father for murder.

Roshin Crimsonbird - Decedent of the Crimsonbird clan and next in line to lead the clan. Male
Anna Rogue - Top tier holy mage, currently strongest in her grade. Female
Dune Badger - Top tier dark mage with rare gravity magic intellect. 2nd strongest in her grade. Female
Arthur Wright - Strongest last year warrior ranking top in his class along with one other. Male
Zachery Rowsmith - Also top of her class with Arthur due to the fact of endless ties in their battles together. Female
What will they choose to do with this Job Offer.
Being a Killsman is looked at as a blessing by the kingdoms citizens, so what will our main protagonist's do??

They both collapse to the ground. Nathan is lying in a pool of blood, a spear struck through his heart, and Hunter is also gone, an arrow through his neck. It was all over. ~Karina's POV~ I want to cry. But I can't. I was told never to cry. It made no difference. But I wanted to. I tried but nothing came out. I looked at the remains of the two brothers. It made me so angry. I took the arrow out of Hunter's neck. I stabbed his heart over, and over again. Every stab felt like it was saying, your fault, all your fault.Concluida
