You guys remember that episode in the Rick and Morty episode where Tammy turns out to be a deep under cover agent for the Galactic Federation and kills Bird Person? Well, turns out Tammy wants Bird Person alive, but she wants him to be evil like her. When Bird Person comes back as Phoenix Person, things get crazy and a new threat emerges. Now Rick and Morty must find a way to stop Tammy before she destroys anything and anyone else, before it's too late. This is what I think might happen in season 4 if they bring back Bird Person.
