"Giovanna, get in the car. Let me drive you home." His voice was sturn,

"I'm fine, I can walk." I responded, not looking up to see him glare at my disobedience.

I continued to walk staring straight in front of me.

"Giovanna, get in the car!" He called but I continued as I pretended I couldn't hear him.

I heard his car engine turn off before the sound of a car door opened and closed.

I sped up my pace, not wanting to face him but I knew he wouldn't just stop. Suddenly, my arm was yanked as my body turned around and collided with his chest.

"Let go of me! What do you want?!" I yelled, finally looking into his brown eyes.
