Dead Space/MHA crossover well kind off.
Earth has been left devastated by both humans and nature itself. From suffering from Solar storms to meteor strikes have left earth living on it's last breaths.
As for Humanity has manage to survive through the worse and it's not getting better. Earth is evolving much faster than what can humanity can adapt to.
As for that Humanity has manage to build several spaceships to be able to gather outside solar resources to bring back to earth. Izuku his willing to explore, can the young adventurer reach the depths of space to save humanity?

In the beginning, there was nothing. Nothing except the ever expanding depths of the Cosmic sea. The boundless and unfathomable in its true and natural form. Nothing except clusters of stars scattered, the drops of colorful paint upon the inky black canvas of infinity. Burning themselves out until they could no longer maintain their own existence. Nothing except the oceans of blackness in between every galaxy. Cosmic Voids with little to no galaxies or stars... They were basically just vacant spaces. Nothing inside them. Just emptiness. Izuku Midoriya is a good kid. A great kid, in fact. He's saved two little kids from big time villains, defeated Hero Killer Stain, and survived two villain attacks in only his first year at UA, the top hero school in the country. You wouldn't expect him to have three part-time jobs, an impossibly sick mother, and to live in a dingy gang infested neighborhood, working himself to the bone just for dinner. You wouldn't expect him to make money by doing street performances with a break dancing group, or winning bets with the many gangs in the neighborhood. You certainly wouldn't expect the hero-in-training to commit petty theft to provide for the four other poor families that live on his street. But it's all true. He lives in a poor neighborhood where no one has a decent job and there isn't a single hero, not even an underground one. The kids there have only been to the city once or twice, and none of them have parents. One girl does, and was left there willingly. They regularly have to fight off the vermin trying to take their food, and consider a single dollar a fortune. This is Izuku's home. and, if his teacher doesn't find out what's going on soon and save him, it may be his deathbed. I mean, is it really his fault a piece of the ceiling crashed onto his legs and completely shattered them? Disclaimer: I do not own Boku No Hero Academia. A New Kind?
In a world of Zombies and mortals there is seemingly one thing they share in common. The will to survive. While a group of teens is out to find food what happens when they are met with a Zombie boy around the same age as them crying? More importantly he can understand them and pleads for them to not kill him. Izuku Shunned by other Zombies only has one way to survive in this infected world. Kill his own kind and hide from that of humans. The dead teen often wanders alone in search of different things he finds fascinating. Such as the time he found himself in a building containing books everywhere, that was the day he had learned to read. Or the time he found a strange book with letters and how to write them, that had been the day he had learned to write. But what happens on the day he finds himself helplessly trapped in a crowd of zombies not quite like him? One day Izuku was taking the long way "home" when he walk by the forest area and heard whimpering. He went to go check it out to find a huge wolf trap in a bear trap. After helping out the wolf when another huge wolf appeaer and bit Izuku. Now werid things started happening. He notice that he have better senses, he feel more connected to nature, and when he fall asleep he becomes a wolf!? These powers are wild and crazy compare to quirks, only having one type of its kind. Anyone would get a quirk, or two if they're lucky, or a conduit power only. But soon, very few people start to develop both quirks and conduit powers. And one young boy is one of these few people.
