Nicholas Frost hasn't thought of anything of himself other than a weirdo. Living with just his depressed mother, and helping her to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, he can't help but wonder why his father left him.
It's only on his sixteenth birthday when he gets an answer to why he's different from everyone else.
Nicholas thinks it's an easy choice, protecting his mother from harm. But as it turns out, controlling a century-old power is harder then it seemed.
Will Nicholas be able to control his family's secret, or will it get out of hand and destroy the whole city?

My Life In Pieces

1 part Complete

A boy grows in a small village, chained with witchcraft, poverty and alcohol. Somehow he manages to get out of the village to attend far away schools in the city where his life completely changes as he utilizes his newfound freedom. This is followed by several tribulations, conquering each of them, drowning in some and even attempting suicide. In college he's inscripted into the special branch where he becomes a cold killer who cleans the government mess. His story is that of denial, struggle with identity, lack of personal freedom and misery. It radiates several lessons and reveals how a person can be totally different from what others know about him. He knows that his end is near and that he has to find ways to emancipate himself, because knowing much can get you killed. Have a wonderful read.
