Kaylie Roberts- Sixteen years old. Her mom lost custody of her when she was six due to her drug addiction and her dad was in prison. She's been a ward of the state ever since. She's bounced around from foster home to foster home and she's been in and out of Juvie since she was eleven. When Kaylie was fourteen she found out she had a two year old brother shortly after they were placed in the same home and she's made it her mission to keep him with her and she's basically raised him from the time he was two until now. Now that's she's sixteen and gets arrested by Stef Foster will her life turn around? Will someone finally care about her? Kaylie is 5'4, she is half Hispanic, and she has brown hair and green eyes.
