Noel Vermillion is the little sister of the first Master of Fairy Tail Mavis Vermillion. They were separated when they were still infant but Noel was found by the elemental Dragon name Elaine and a legendary God Dragon they taught her every dragon slaying magic and other kinds of magic. After a few journey she was reunited with sister after Mavis build the guild but a curse was set upon her she will never age nor die so she lived her life to the present.
When she was four she accidentally activated her time and dimensional magic that brought her to the ninja world where she met Itachi Uchiha and the others.
