PART 1-The Chase

I looked back and saw a Dark figure rushing towards me. Before I could know who it was, it gripped my hand. In my moment of realisation, I found myself face to face with my 'supposed to be my enemy', Austin Stewart.
      "What are you doing here?" I asked, angrily.
       "I guess we are in the same school?" He said sarcastically.
 I tugged at my gripped hand, which was now free.
 I turned on my heel and walked away. I had the perfect diva moment. But, unfortunately, he caught up. 
         "You know you're quite difficult, but I still like you." He said as he ran down the hallway.

He looked a little taken aback. "You were going to reject me. I just thought we both needed to experience this only once. You are the future Alpha, so I should not be the one to break the bond. Please do it now!" I do not why, but I wanted him to do it. After all, he was going to do it before and I did not want a kiss to change his mind. "I Caleb King, reject you Anna Amores as my mate." I think I could hear my heart break in that second. "I Anna Amores, accept your rejection, Alpha, and I wish the best for you, always." I gave him an honest smile... I laughed in his face, "What are you gonna do? Hit me?" I pushed, I wanted to prove a point, I wanted to show him how much of a monster he truly is. He released his grip, "No. No I'm not." He stood up and walked towards the door, running his hands through his hair. I was surprised, but decided to push further, to see how far I could actually push him. "Why not? You've done it before." I pointed out, my confidence growing now that he didn't hit me for that. He leaned on the door frame, his back to me. "Because I can't do it!" He yelled, turning around to face me. He strode towards me, anger fuming off of him. I cowarded away from him, scared he was going to hit me again. I was shocked at how confident yet quiet voice sounded. "What do I want?" He bellowed. "You're a human, vermin. This is the vampire world. I don't expect you have any need in this world. I WANT you to get out, stay away from this place, the castles, the people. Austin. Stay away from him." He stared me right in the eyes when he said the sentence that prepared me want to leave immediately. "I'll have to kill you if you don't leave - and yes, that's a threat."
