When you think of heaven what do you see? Can you see pain? Casper has been announced dead before he was even born, it was said that he was not the right kind of angel there looking for. Flawless, beauty, perfection. But when the two rules states that Casper will be none of those he's thrown down to the mortal world with his wings ripped off and sent to his death. But he survives only to grow up and have a deep hatred for all angels and promises to kill all who follow the two rules, anyone.
