Wasteland is a brutal place for a child to end up but without a heart Mary Ann can't leave. 
    
    Mary Ann wasn't the most memorable character in Alice's adventures in Wonderland. Why would she be? Only ever mentioned by name as the White Rabbit's house maid it makes sense that she'd be forgotten. But just where do forgotten characters go?
