Bill is board and watches the town of Gravity Falls in his spare time. Not much happens until The Mystery Twins return for the summer, Bill then watches the Pines family. Mabel and her small group of friends grows bigger, Gideon is now taller and change (hopefully)  he hangs out with Mabel now and then, because he work with his dad, selling car's. 

Pacifica also hangs out with them when she can, normally sneaking out, so her parents don't find out. Dipper study's with Ford and works with him, but when he's not he hangs with Mabel and their group of friends. (Wendy and Robbie have changed and hangs out with them too)

Bill gets into a deal with a old friend of his and has to befriend the Pines family and everyone who defeated him, three years ago.
