No, this is not just a short story. I'm actually going to update this maybe once or twice every week. I don't know how many chapters there may be, because I'm pulling this story straight from a school assignment on making suspense stories.

Roman Black and Logan McClain are two best friends, they have been since grade three. A few days before the prom in their Senior year, the two friends go to a flower shop to get, well, flowers for Logan's "girlfriend." Roman also buys a small rose in a dark green pot just as a decoration in his home. However, something starts happening to Roman over the course of three months after buying that specific flower.

Roman has bad luck when it comes to love. However, this story deals with abusive/toxic relationships, rape/coerced consent, self-harm, and a lot of stuff like that. One introvert plus one extrovert and a quarantine order forcing them to stay in an apartment for a unknown amount of time is a recipe for disaster. Or so Virgil thinks. He's a quiet college student who lives an apartment close to campus because he rather not risk random placement. When his friend is looking for another roommate he gracefully accepts. After almost two years of living with the same people, he has some strong opinions. One of those is how much he dislikes Roman. Now he's stuck with him in a three bedroom apartment and he doesn't even have the buffers there to prevent arguments. After a few weeks, though is he truly feeling the same way? Has he always hated Roman or was he just trying to avoid his actual feelings about his roommate? *This is a AU that has to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine situation, it won't have anything too bad about the disease but it will have mentions of it. They are also in college so there might be adult situations and mentions of alcohol.
