19 year old Winifred "Winnie" Foxx has been in the Saint Andreas Psych Ward for three years. With a life full pills, schedules, and therapy appointments she feels there is nothing she wants more than to die or get out. Both don't seem likely. But one special day will turn her whole world around whether she knows it at the time, or not. Rather than feeling so bitter about the world she realizes she needs to heal.
