Little Prayers

An ongoing series of poems--I wrote the first, "Little Prayer", in 1985, and my most recent, "Blue Prayer", in 2012. I learned the stanza, and the name of the form, from two of Paul Goodman's wonderful books of poetry, HAWKWEED and HOMESPUN OF OATMEAL GRAY.
