There were many things that my mother and grandmother have told me throughout my life that I never understood in my youth. Words that seemed to dissipate like dandelion seeds in a gentle wind, only to find their way back at me as an adult. And now as I ponder over decisions, choose between right or wrong, or simply live to be the best that I can, their words embed my mind and soul. I could only tell it the way they have told me. Tell it the way I have told my children. Tell it like it is. Their advice is sacred. Their advice hurts. Their advice is the truth. Their advice is love.
