Now with that out of the our way. The description of our Swapfell story: 

This story is about a young female skeleton named Harley. (An image will be included somewhere in the story with a small description to give a better idea of what this character looks like). Who has spent her whole life in the void with Gaster who dwells there. 

One day she winds up in the swapfell universe and soon meets Sans and Papyrus.

If you are one of those assholes who thinks it's a great idea to say you people are sick for reading this then why are you even searching things like this in the first place?
