Although Bea is only 15 and a freshman, she is known as the school's "tutor girl". She's the kind of girl who wears dresses and flowers one day and dark jeans and a band t-shirt the next. She is best friends with Michael Clifford and Luke Hemmings, sophomores who's dreams are to get onto the football team. One day, Calum Hood, the school's football team goalie asks Bea for help in math because if his grade continues to drop, the school-wide famous goalie isn't allowed to participate in games anymore, putting the state championships at risk. Along the way, Ashton Irwin, junior, and the football team's captain, meets Bea and some feelings start to occur. Before anything happens between them though, Luke has to tell something to Bea, something that could change everything.
