One day on the way to school in Zach's little Buick Century, they decided to skip and waste the day waiting for the My Chemical Romance concert that night, and thankfully they were at the right K-mart at the right time, because in the tiny little K-mart on the side of the road they met Frank Iero, guitar king, and because of him Nicole and Zach met the love of their lives. Even though everything seems perfect, it's not because Nicole's dad is angry and looking for revenge. If you haven't heard of My Chemical Romance, then that's PERFECTLY okay. Not too many people really care about a small band from Belleville New Jersey. Trust me NO ONE cares about them. But I do because they are only barely 2 years older than me and I go to the exact same high school they did. Now as everything's falling apart and I have to move to California and in with my Aunt Helena in the middle of my senior year, I just hope I've got enough MCR to help get me through. My friends all wish me luck and say, "Oh Allison. Allie. It'll be just fine. You'll be fine. California's fun, lots of new experiences, and ALL that sun. The beach, the bands, the BOYS, and I think MCR lives out there now. In fact they do. So you COULD like maybe hook up with one of them. The Day We Forgot The Guitarist
Mikey Way was on tour with his two (obviously in love with each other) bandmates when he realized that something was missing. After checking through all of his stuff, he finally figured it out. They were missing their guitarist. Meanwhile, Ray Toro was beginning to panic while he was waiting for his bandmates in a truck stop in the middle of nowhere. After spending hours searching for them, he finally discovered that the rest of My Chemical Romance was already in Chicago, where they were still trying to figure out what they were going to do without him. After all, it seemed increasingly clear that everything would fall apart on the day that My Chemical Romance forgot their guitarist. Collaboration with @RadioSpirit. I felt like I was in a bad dream and couldn't wake up, everything was spinning. My chest hurt from how hard my heart was thumping. This necklace, how in the world did it get here? I didn't take it back here with me, I left it on Frank's grave in Jersey. I discreetly pinched myself to see if I was dreaming, but I didn't wake up. This was real life. "Oh! That's mine, the string must've broken loose." I heard a voice. I saw feet at first. Yellow converse shoes. Then I saw pants. Black jeans. Then I saw a jacket. A green camo military jacket, not real obviously. Then I saw tattooed hands holding a coffee cup. They were red, most likely freshly washed. Then I met eyes with the person before me. I dropped the necklace and gasped loudly, holding back a shocked scream. The person's face fell, eyes going wide. They took a step back and then a cautious one forward. "Gerard?" They whispered. "Frank..."
