They have been neighbors for 5 years ,their balconies are directly in front of each other. They would come out and talk to each other every afternoon and every morning. each day ross would bring home a girl and laura would rate them from 1-10. But out of the hundreds of girls that ross came home. She never gave one girl a 10. Ross tries his best to prove to laura that he could one day find the girl who deserves a 10.....he looks everywhere., but will he soon realize that the girl he's been searching for is right in front of him this whole time?

A/N, Warning: this book is so old and I made it when I didn't know how to write properly, so it's kind of ridiculous and not logical.
