When Steve and Bucky break into the prison holding the fallen avengers.  Upon this they find a young teen.  A Hydra experiment.  A small Winter Soldier.  If you can even call her that.

C91 only wants to escape.  Find a safe place to hide.  But the people who rescue her, are not exactly who she expected.

Completely alone and with her mind shattered.  The fallen Avengers take her in.  To protect her.  But she does not need protection.   They may need protection from her.  And her hidden past with the Winter Soldier
