Hidden Flames [The Ludovicas: Second Generation Book Three]
(Can be read as a standalone.) My parents are hell bent on getting me married, convinced that a wife will magically "fix" me. As a mafia leader, idle talks and constant affection makes no sense to me. Never had and never will. Thanks to some dumb rule and my parents' constant nagging, I settle down with the girl of their choice. Irene's the type of girl I would never give a second glance to, the type I would deem average looking. And that's just not it. She's a chatter box who can't survive without physical affection. A complete opposite of me. I never had a need for a wife but with every innocent touch, every stupid smile, every word of hers my walls break down until I am left yearning for her with an intensity I can't even comprehend.Complete

you don't know much about your biological parents; all you know is that they worked serious jobs and had sadly passed quite early into their careers. you were then adopted, but not by any 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭 family: a specific, political family, well-known and favored by many... ...but, also, possibly 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 by many too: and they are known as the 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗺'𝘀, the current presidential family of the united states of america. but was it really all the "glitz- and-glamour" people idolize the celebrity life to be like in their heads, having to always be in the limelight? especially when you, and your rivaled, younger sibling had been kidnapped and made a cause for a political affair, in hopes of gaining control of the u.s. executive branch, and thereby, the whole world? will you survive, will any- one try to save you, and if they do, will they succeed? (leon s. kennedy x fem!reader ff) ( 𝙐𝙉𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙏𝙀𝘿 ) lowercase intended. 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗦: re4/re4r + separate ways remake. [ y/n will be customizable, but i want to let you know: y/n will be opposite to ashley. this is to contrast the two characters as there will be friction between them for story purposes. it will be alluded that y/n is partially of spanish descent-whether she is spanish, latina, or even southeast asian, that's up to you-but it will not be too obvious for the reader's sake. the two girls won't HATE each other, but there will be rivalry (& shared ada wong jealousy lol) for opposing reasons. may include some ada x reader (+ x leon x luis x wesker) + luis x reader (+ x ashley) + wesker x reader + krauser x reader + ramón x reader + saddler x reader. ]
It's Becoming Crystal Clear (Jasper x Reader)
"It is the enemy who can truly teach us to practice the virtues of compassion and tolerance." -Dalai Lama A confusing turn of events surrounding a seeming internet scam leads to you inheriting an impressive house and a considerable sum of money from a distant relative. Before long, you are living in your new house in Beach City. This seems at first to be a delightful happening, but making friends in your new home turns out to be a more difficult task than you had imagined, and you are left feeling very lonely... until a surprise encounter with someone who shouldn't be up and about changes your life forever. I will attempt not to specify the gender of the reader's character, though I will use male pronouns if I do (before anyone complains, most such stories assume the reader to be female). I apologize if the story is boring or slow-paced - it is written as I would act, and I am not really energetic, violent, or extroverted. Do not anticipate any racy content beyond possibly some wordplay and innuendo, if that. I apologize if there are massive delays between chapters; this is not a sign of me giving up on the story, it will just be because I am frequently depressed and extremely lazy.Complete
Venom's Alliance: Loyalty's Fracture
Kalia's POV : Freedom ain't real. It's just a pretty lie people tell themselves to sleep better at night. Me? I've never been free. Not when I was born into a life where people used me like a tool. Not when I thought I escaped, only to get dragged back in. And sure as hell not now, trapped in a marriage I never wanted with a man who loves me like an addiction-obsessive, toxic, suffocating. Easton swears I belong to him. Calls me his, like I'm a possession, not a person. But I was never meant to be owned. Not by him. Not by anyone. And yet... I'm craving the one person I can't have. The one man I shouldn't want. Jay Kim. My husband's best friend. The only person who looks at me like I'm more than a pawn in someone else's game. The only man who's ever made me feel safe. But love in this world? It don't come without consequences. And choosing Jay? That'd be the kind of mistake that gets people killed. Jay's POV: I never wanted this empire. It was my uncle's before me-a kingdom built on blood, corruption, and greed. But when he fell, I had two choices: take control or let worse men have it. So I took it. And now? I'm doing what he never could. I'm fixing the mess he left behind. Cleaning up the dirt while keeping the wolves from tearing it apart. But then she came back. Kalia Gomez. The only woman who's ever made me want something outside of this life. The one I can't have-because she belongs to someone else. Not just anyone, either. Easton. My friend. My brother in arms. I should walk away. Should forget about the way she looks at me when no one's watching. Should ignore the way my pulse fucking riots every time she's close. But it's too late for that. Because I might be trying to clean up this empire... But for Kalia? I'd burn it all down.Complete
