Forever is Crashing Down on Me (Austin Carlile)
"Forever?" I asked him, watching as his features all shined through with happiness. I tilted my head to the side as he let out a small laugh. "Forever," he agreed, evoking a smile from me. When Austin said it, I believed it, I believed it with every single fiber of my being. I didn't believe it with anyone from the past, not even Stephan, my ex fiance. I don't know what it was about Austin that made it believable, and I hopped that nothing would be able to take him away from me. I knew it was a lot to ask, and I would be fine if he decided to leave me. Austin was good for me, he really was. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that he was good for me. He made me happy, I made him happy (as far as I could tell). He made me want to be a better person every day. I knew that he was more than what I wanted, and I was glad he was mine, that he has been mine for over a year. It would be hard if I had to leave his house one day knowing it would be the last time, but I would be able to deal with it. ~~~ {Note that I suck at writing descriptions so I kinda just put an actual part of the prologue as the description, sorry not sorry. Also warning for smut. There will be smut and that's a promise. It'll be terrible smut, but still smut of a sort. I do not own Of Mice & Men or any of the songs mentioned in this story. This story is purely fictional and just used for the enjoyment of writing and reading.}Complete
Valentina
"What do you think love is, Roman?" I ask him, listening to him as he speaks. He takes a deep breath, his unease evident in his face. His hand plays with the tablecloth mindlessly as he answers. "Love is an all consuming need to be with someone, whether romantically or in a platonic way. Love is standing with someone when they go through the hell that life has to offer. Love is, at the end of the day, knowing that you have someone to fight your battles with you." I smile at him, "We need to get that on a Hallmark card." Laughter erupts from him as he looks away abashedly. •••••••••••• For Valentina Palermo, independence and a good work ethic has been her ride or die, to the point where accepting criticism from others is a fault. But when she meets Roman Belluci, a multi-billion dollar heir, she questions her morals, fighting for the man she loves without being seen as a home wrecker. For Roman Belluci, finding a way to please his wife Gianni is as difficult as solving an equation of general relativity. When forced into a marriage with her based on money and her dark secrets, Roman tries everything to get her to respect him and their child Rene. After meeting Valentina, a love for her simple life hypnotizes him into her arms. ××× Taking a quick break to regroup. Will be back soon!Complete
The Lawyer's Fairy Tale
Sofia Orsini always adored the stories her mother used to tell her. Fairy tales about princesses, princes and the knight in shining armour that would swoop in save the day slaying the villain. She dreamed of the day her prince would come in and save her from her life of loneliness. Growing up in a poor neighbourhood outside of Venice Italy, both of Sofia's parents worked around the clock to give her the life she deserved. As she grew up she slowly learned that no prince was coming to save her, and she had to save herself. Using everything she had she boarded a plane and landed in NYC to pursue her passion career. A career where she could help, be respected and frankly make a fuck ton of money - lawyer. But going to law school has a high price tag, so when her tuition bill comes due and she's short, she preservers. Putting herself up for a date at an auction, she never expected to meet her knight in shining armour. Let alone for it to be her arrogant, workaholic, 6'4 hot Italian boss. Will this be the fairy tale ending Sofia has been longing for or just another frog she has to kiss until she finds her prince?Complete

We met in school. We were each other's greatest competitor. We were not fond of each other. But as the months passed by, we started to know each other, we had shared a couple of back stories as we worked on our group presentation. We became friends, then close friends, and then after a year, we became lovers. But just when I thought that everything was in their right place, my biggest downfall came. After our third anniversary, he started to become cold. He no longer joins me studying, he was even reasoning out that he's tired all the time and that he couldn't send me home. I said it was fine, I can manage. I thought it was just that, but it wasn't. I decided to confront him, I went to his condo and there, my greatest fear welcomed me without warning. He was with a woman, a pregnant woman. He was holding her like she's the most fragile thing on earth. They looked so happy. I didn't know how I managed to compose myself and walked towards them. As soon as our eyes met, he froze. I looked at the woman tensely and lifted my hand as I introduced myself as his classmate and she introduced herself as his girlfriend for a year, already. He said he loves her more. That every time we are together, his mind was with her. He said I make him hard, but she makes him weak. He said I make him feel special, but she makes him feel loved. He told me to punch him and berate him for he would rather end our relationship than leave her and their baby.] But the story, my story doesn't end there because I chose to move forward and be the strong woman that I am.Complete
TAINTED
"Who told you to lay on my bed little girl?" I heard a deep comanding voice said from the door. "Well you were not here and it's not customary to keep your guests waiting so I decided to make myself comfortable" I responded with a smirk. "So you think this is funny or acceptable?" He said with his voice clearly annoyed and irritated. "Are you irritated your highness?" "I see you are mocking me again" "Non-sense, I am just addressing you with respect in regards to your position in this household" "What are you playing at little girl?" "I take offence to being called little girl, your grace" "Are you not a little girl?" "The same little girl you had dressed in this lingerie to look sexy for you so you can get a hard on and push your cock inside of?" "Fair point" He said as he threw his head back laughing. Finding My Lost Self [to be edited]
She's sarcastic. She was the girl who never cared what people said. She was far from a romantic; She was Oreo obsessed. She used to beat up people in middle school, and still throws her shoes at them in high school. She was weird, a good weird. She was sensitive, but piss her off and you'll be scared. It was just her and the small, easy life she had. That was until everything had gone down the toilet. That was until her senior year had started.. ~♦~ Monsters are just everywhere, Only a few people are trustworthy. Would you be my savior if I'm lost there? 'Cause with all the greed, there's left no mercy. At some point I'll be so hopeless, At some point I'll get that feeling, That feeling when trying's Worthless, Doors are closed, I'm barely breathing. I need the light, I need a guide, I'll do things with all my might, Smiling is hard, life's not so "cute", You scream and yet, the screams are mute, When lies, evil and mistakes take all the love away... When asked how you feel it's always "I'm Okay," All the hope you had, got lost in the darkness, You're heartbroken, you feel so hopeless... Crying in the silence is the best you can. Everything has changed in a blurry time span... Would I be able to find true Love? Would I be able to ever again Trust? Be My Savior, Please Don't Be late... Give me true love... I hope you understand. My name is Samantha Walters, and that's how my story went... But who knows how it would end? - #11 in Humor Copyright © Dark_Starlet. All Rights reserved.Complete
