"With bloodied wings do those who want to make things right carry themselves and yet others instead only see the wrongs they believe them to be."

In a world where creatures from nightmares roam, sixteen year old Akari Hana fights in order to keep humans like herself safe. Many years ago, a cataclysm occurred where the seven deadly sins and the seven heavenly virtues were born into human forms. Upon this, creatures of nightmares were also born out of the cataclysm. The seven sins and virtues then fought in order to keep the balance in the world. Over time, the world seemed to reach more of a balance. Now, the sins and virtues practice their crafts in an academy deep in a mystical jungle below the regular realm of the human world. This is where the prodigious Akari Hana has trained her entire life to fight alongside the sins and virtues to keep her world safe from the creatures that keep coming back.

However, recently more creatures have been spawning and Akari has been tasked with finding out why. While being tasked with this quest, Akari stumbles upon a rather pressing dilemma. Shall she execute a rather dangerous and peculiar creature she comes across or will she enlist his help in saving the world? After all, humans can be monsters too.

I finally escaped the factory, they kidnapped me from my college. Today is my birthday, and I had planned for it but nothing helped, only calming me down for the moment. A scream echoed out in the silent starry sky, my body freezing... They were looking for me, I just knew it. Again, I ran and jumping over the fence to the property, muscles burning, my breathing short. I look behind me, not seeing the light of the school anymore. I slow down, holding my breath again. Looking around, only trees and bugs surround me. I slowly sank to my knees, gripping the grass in between my fingers, to keep my breathing calm. Tears springing to my eyes and brushing the tears away, slowly getting back to normal. Suddenly, I felt someone behind me. I could feel its strength and power surround me, turning around to see a dark figure behind me. Glowing blue eyes stared at me, seeing it slowly walk toward me. My breathing becoming short again, a panic attack was on the verge. A hand was now on my shoulder and another on my cold cheek, making me look into his eyes, "Let me help you..." He whispered. Rubbing his thumb against my cheek, I slowly nod my head, when a pain began to form in my chest. I knew it was coming. I quickly get away, crawling a couple feet away. "Get away!" I yelled. My skin turning white and the pain erupting inside of me, feeling it try to escape, and I know if I let it. It will hurt this man. Suddenly, he was there in my view. Blue eyes staring at me, and then his lips were on my own. Gasping as I felt the pain beginning to disappear from inside me. Eyes drooping and my body relaxing against his. Soon, the kiss ended and I was empty. My eyes closing. "Don't worry, I will keep you safe..."
My Hybrid Troubles by IvyBuse
100 parts Complete Mature
*This is Purely fantasy* I'm Rose. I am 50% witch, about 25% vampire and about 25% she-wolf (Werewolf). My father IS half warlock and half vampire. My mother WAS half witch and half she-wolf (werewolf). I had two older siblings but they passed away on their sixteenth birthdays. One of them was my brother, I never really knew him, I was in our mother's womb at the time. He died after he shifted his first time because he was never told about his genes and what they meant (he died from shock). The other one was my sister, I kind of got to know her, but when she passed I was only 6. She also died after her first shift, but not because she was clueless. She had been told TOO much about her genes and what they meant. When she shifted, she tried to stop it because she was scared of her wolf. After my sister passed so did my mother, she was severely depressed and couldn't take the thought of me leaving her too early. Before she died, she told my father everything about herself and her werewolf roots. She only survived until my dad knew everything, it seemed like that was all that mattered, like she knew she was going to die. I have been taught the ways of my ancestors, werewolf, vampire and witch, slowly so I can absorb it all properly. ------------------------- This story is about me, a young girl, with a lot of issues. I always am treated like trash by my rude human stepmother. Around my father, she's completely innocent but when he isn't, hell just about breaks loose. When I turn sixteen I will leave my father and house to move in with either the vampire lord or the werewolf's alpha. What happens when I have two possible mates? What happens when one person I really thought I could trust hurts me almost beyond repair? And what happens to hybrids that seek a second chance? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WARNINGS: There is swearing, abuse, mature sections, etc.

In the shadowed heart of 17th-century France, where superstition bleeds into reality, Elara Vane's silver eyes mark her as an outcast. Orphaned and apprenticed to a village apothecary, she clings to a fragile normalcy. But when ancient seals shatter, unleashing horrors born of the Seven Deadly Sins, Elara inherits a terrifying legacy from her grandmother: she is the last Keeper. A cryptic journal reveals the truth - the night-stalkers terrorizing the countryside are cursed nobles, monstrous embodiments of Pride, Greed, Lust, and more. Only Elara, bound by her bloodline, can seal them away again. But the key lies in their Icons: shattered relics tied to their human downfall. Driven by duty and hunted by beasts who recognize her lineage, Elara embarks on a perilous quest across a plague-ravaged Europe. With Gabriel, a cynical ex-soldier scarred by his encounter with Wrath, she navigates decaying châteaus, toxic swamps, and forgotten crypts. She must outwit a dragon hoarding gold, resist a siren's deadly allure, and face the bloated horror of Gluttony. Each Icon claimed reveals a fragment of the beasts' tragic past-and a chilling connection to her blood. As the final confrontation looms at the sacred ruins where the curse began, Elara discovers the Keeper's terrible price. Victory demands more than courage; it requires an eternal sacrifice. Can she pay the cost to bind the Sins and save a world that fears her, even if it means becoming a silent guardian, forever watching from the twilight realm? A haunting tale of cursed blood, monstrous sins, and the eternal vigil of the silver-eyed girl.

((Formally The Curse of His Bite)) Heaven and Hell have lived side by side for centuries upon centuries, coexisting but never getting along. However, two rules keeps both sides safe: One. Never cross the border. Two. Never steal from the other side. If you are caught breaking either of these rules, the Demon or Angel who caught you ultimately decides your fate. Katarina knew these rules, and she has always followed them... Up until now. On a dare, she crosses the border to retrieve proof that she ventured into the dark pits of Hell... All while not flying. Being one of the fastest flyers around, it was understandable that she it was against the rules for her to fly, but running through Hell when others can sense you are a holy being... Not so easily done. So, what can Katarina do when she injures herself during said challenge and one of the oldest Outcasts literally catches her in the act of both stealing and crossing the border? What can she think when said Outcast turns out to be the very ruler of Hell itself? What does this stunningly handsome Demon King have in store for her? Can she make it out alive... and unmarked? She could only pray to the God she would one day serve.
