Gotham shook beneath her as the world shattered. Clouds of dust and despair rising to cover the once beautiful sky's in dread with its haunting look. Hope was lost and people killed as Bane took his claim over every single street of the city she grew up in. Cassandra looked up to the sky as her hound Magnus lay close by. His head lifted but the bandages strapped to his eyes gave no detail to the sky's appearance. Slowly Cassandra rose walking to the edge of the building she sat upon. Her chest puffed out as she drew a breath no hope was left behind. No soul dare question the reality slowly consuming a home of Beauty and turning it grey. Now she stand her hands at her side as she uttered a simple phrase knowing too well Bane would as well.

It's Friday the 13th. Magnus is late for work. Again because of his cat. He's locking up his apartment when he gets a phone call that he's been fired. Alec was supposed to move into his new apartment that day, but the landlord left him the wrong key. Alec has been sitting on the stairs outside the apartment for an hour and a half.
