This is the tale of Regan Fairchild: accountant, bachellorette, and Vampire. Newly remade as a creature of the night she must learn her place in a society that mirrors our own mortal lives. Hunger consumes her, fear rules her, and love remains a myth. How will she find her place in the darkness?

Romero Porcupine decides that a change of scenery would be a good decision for himself after he had experienced a traumatizing event in his life, caused due to a feeling of being outcased. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. Probably no one will know who he is in the town, so maybe it is for the best. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be something off, but that's normal.... right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in.
