When everything start to change, from before... A One Direction Fanfic :)

Like many high school girls, Maya Thompson had a lot of friends in high school, but she had ONE and only best friend, it was a guy, a guy called Zayn, he was so special to her, he was her best friend, her brother, her everything... She could say anythng to him without feeling judged. He was so perfect, he was handsome, funny, nice, intelligent, and he had a wonderful voice and Maya was the only one who knew that he could sing. Zayn was a quite and shy boy and that's why he didn't want anyone to know that , (he was afraid to be judged, becase most of times, he was judged because he wasn't like the others, he was muslim, his father was originally from an other contry...) he really trusted her, and he really liked her as a friend.
Maya wanted more than being just "friends" but she wasn't sure yet about her feelings for him... does he feel something else than a friendship for her ...? but it's not as simple as that when everything start to change, from before...
