Isabella was a young adult. She was just trying to figure out her life, but she ended up pregnant by her high school sweetheart at the age of twenty-three. But her first love walked out on her on the night of her giving birth to their beautiful baby daughter, Mia. Fast forwarding two years into the story, she is now married and has a new baby, Oliver with her detective husband, Drew. Living next to her brother, also a detective...they're lives start changing once there are a string of murders happening through their small town Legal, Alberta; which start to become a connection with the 9th Street Gang. WRITERS NOTES: *This story is in the works of getting a cover photo for the book -- also would be interested in getting feedback if you do stumble upon this story, it's a short story in the works. If I get nice feedback, I'll post another story that I am also working on (no relation to this story). *This story is also a short story, about sixty-two pages long, nearly thirty-thousand typed words. *This story is also finished.
