Tears trimmed my eyes as I stared in shock at my very own picture hung on the wall among  several other girls. One of them being my very close friend. Big red X's were written across their faces...except mine. Then I heard the floor began to creak as the sound of heavy boots stop right at the door. I quickly dashed for the open window. My heart pounding, my feet aching and my throat extremely dry. I must stop for a minute, the location becoming unfamiliar. The leaves began to crunch, the sound of boots had gotten closer....and then I seen him but not for long. As he raised his hand I seen a glimmer of a dark blue object coming closer to my face. Darkness...oblivion...and sleep consumed me.
