Nate Blanchard was a college sophomore born to high class religious parents but raised by what they call hicks. He was a gorgeous guy hiding in the safety of a black hoodie and an impenetrable shield of pessimism and depression. He knew himself that one day he'd wind up spiraling down a pit of darkness and end up dead.

One incident when he was younger left him scarred. He wasn't sure if he could trust anyone anymore.

He was also not a fan of Aiden Pattinson. He was too often bubbly, loud, and dated more boys than the average boy-crazed teenage girl. He was all too opposite, the trust fund baby was too popular to notice an antisocial like Nate.

Of course, these were all excuses. Wayward glances in algebra meant more than a simple look and the ability to spot him in any environment was not a simple coincidence. So, what happens when Aiden pays Nate more attention than he could ever dream of?

"I push him off me, making him stand on his own. But, Colton pushes me against a wall. 'Jax,' He sighs. Colton leans forward, his lips approaching mine. Soon, Colton kissed me with so much power that my head hit the wall behind me. I was stunned, and pushed him off me. 'Co-Mr. Haynes, we can't do this,' I tell him. He laughs, and leans against me. 'I like it when you call me Mr. Haynes. It's sexy,' he whispers the last part into my ear." ~~~ Jax was spending a casual night at the club, when he met the most handsome man in his life. He felt a spark, an instant connection. Or, maybe that was the beer talking. One week later, Jax was not looking forward to his last year in high school. He thought it couldn't get any worse than his horrible and abusive father, and his mother leaving that summer. But, he got to be reunited with his boyfriend, Rhett. But, Rhett becomes controlling. Abusive. And his former friend Zander will do anything to date him- even blackmail. That was when Jax thought his year couldn't get any worse. That is, until he met his music teacher, Mr. Haynes. The same man he slept with not so long ago. To make matters worse, he discovers he has a half brother named Ash, who is suddenly dumped on him and his father. Will Jax be able to make it through the year with Rhett, Mr. Haynes, Zander, his father, and even Ash seemingly going after him? Or will he collapse, and take his life like his older brother Dash has? *Contains mature content, such as sex, fowl language, LGBTQ+ (some people find it offensive), age difference, and suicide/suicidal thoughts. 30 parts Complete Mature

**Completed!** Reed Garcia is in denial. With a history of homophobia, Reed just can't accept the fact that he is absolutely in love with his roommate from freshman year. It's long since freshman year, but Reed's feelings for Kyle haven't faded. In fact, they might have gotten worse since realizing that the boy he shared a room with for a year isn't straight at all, and now in a very committed relationship. Reed tries his hardest to forget he ever had feelings for a guy, but nothing, or no one, helps. Instead, he finds help in the most unexpected place ever. Quincy Alder knows, without a doubt, that he's gay. And when a certain boy in his class catches his eye, he knows that he wants him, even though all the signs point to him being straight and homophobic. This is a spin off story from my book More Than Just Roommates. It's not necessary that you read that one first, only recommended.
