He has no brain, just a tiny box called a Chip that allows him to function.

But, in the middle of downloading a new game to the Chip, he got a virus. This virus has caused him to glitch. Uncontrollable movements, speaking randomly, twitching, and messed up speech.All Rights Reserved

While this corp was being made scientists were also developing a virus, a powder, that could give humans abilities to protect the world by themselves without the robot suits. While transporting a few sample robots and the virus in a plane, the virus accidentally flies out and sprinkles across a rural area. The virus could only affect people with O-negative blood, so they had to check the records for everyone in a 15-mile radius with this blood type. A group escapes and plans on releasing the rest of the people captured.
