Kedlin is a robot.
Well, not completely. On the outside, no one would guess. He acts like a human, looks like a human, except for inside.
He has no brain, just a tiny box called a Chip that allows him to function.
But, in the middle of downloading a new game to the Chip, he got a virus. This virus has caused him to glitch. Uncontrollable movements, speaking randomly, twitching, and messed up speech.

The virus could only affect people with O-negative blood, so they had to check the records for everyone in a 15-mile radius with this blood type.
