When Ink is exploring the au's, he stumbles upon a new au where he meets a new friend named Nightmare. The both of them create a close bond, and Nightmare explains how the villagers mistreats him and how they treasure Dream. Ink knew Dream for awhile, but Dream never mentions Nightmare. One day Nightmare had enough of the villagers and ate the apple of negativity and leaves Dreamtale empty. When Ink comes to visit Nightmare, he sees that everyone is disappeared, and so did Nightmare. Not mention Dreams new and unusual behaviour towards Ink. Ink couldn't even remember when Error first arrived and yet Error was always there. Error saw everything in the multiverse in a different light. To him it wasn't real, wasn't right, wasn't his. Blue was the only thing he didn't just tolerated, he loved Blue like his younger brother and the smaller felt the same. Error felt himself fall apart as time passed and when Blue hugged him all his memories flew back in his face. His home, his life, Nightmares secrets. When Dream accuses Error of having feelings for Ink he finds himself in the situation of a lie, holding up the lie of love until he can find his way back. When Nightmare comes into the Star Sans' base with Ink tied up Erros whole lie comes unraveled. Especially with the multiverse's Ink watching TV next to him. "What's going on with you?" Ink huffed. Error has gone through multiple hells since the day he woke up in the Anti-Void. Sci and Blueberry still believe in him, but that's little consolation when he faces a brutal beating every time he must destroy an AU. And to make matters worse, he doesn't want to keep doing this. Error and Cross found about this and started to interfere. They both wanted their cheerful and loving Ink back, even if he was annoying. Nightmare on the other hand, is finally successful at having Ink on his evil hands and also can't help but fall in-love with him. But what will happen next? Break the cycle
The Multiverse for a long time has been an endless loop. Both inside the AUs and in itself. Error and Ink making a truce then breaking it in any possible way. The Dreamtale twins fight until Nightmare dies and Dream sacrifices his soul to plant a new tree of Feelings recreating a cycle. But, among everyone, there is one person who remembers each loop that took place and after a few centuries of trying to figure out what to do, he finally got it. He will break those endless cycles and try to finally give the Multiverse some peace. This is the story of that attempt.
