"Oh my god! I'm sorry I bumped into you!" Xureila then held out a hand to the brown skin stranger. "Yeah, you better be." Xureila almost looked in utter frustration, but then caught herself. She needs to calm down before something happens, this isn't anything new after all.

Xureila Joelle Miles-Beaufort is a dark skin black girl who moves with her now-single mother and brother to Houston, Texas after the mysterious death of her father. People always say black women are the most hated, discriminated group of people in the world, that being Xureila, how will she deal with it with the addition of strange occurrences and powers when she moves to Houston, Texas?
