"... To believe they exist after all this time is surreal. To hope they are there when there is no trace, is phantasmal (unreal). But to chase after the dream that dragons are out there... is astonishing."
The year is 2019. After the major events such as the Boston Tea Party, the two World Wars, the 9/11 attacks, the war against Islam and Pakistan that never seem to end as well as several other tragic events that leave this world in total darkness; technology has grown rapidly to an arguable point where everything important about ourselves or to ourselves all lies within the touch of a button. City skylines scrape the clouds and the painted skies that we watch change colors with each day. At night, the darkness of the world roams and lurks, but the world never gives us enough answers to understand life itself. Sometimes... you have to walk out and find them.
This is my tale of the beasts that have lurked in the darkness for years, the creatures that light up the sky when no man is around. The tale of the legends of scaled, majestic ones of prodigy that can fly and breathe fire without being burnt themselves, with riders upon their backs that have been told since the age of vikings. What are these, you ask? They are...
Dragons.
Y/N, a simple woman, joins the deadly games to pay off debts after her mother's death. Young-Il, a heartless soul, controls the games, watching everything from afar while sipping on his glass of whisky.
But this year is different. When he spots Y/N, number 160, during the game of "Red Light, Green Light," he can't help but grow more obsessed with her.
The first game ends, and Young-Il decides it's time to join the games himself, meet her, and make her his forever. Not that he will allow anyone else to even look at her
But will Y/N really trust him?
