Aren't birds wonderful? They are intelligent, friendly, and most of all, social creatures. They can also sing and whistle, and of course they find their one true mate. Another bird. Caden Nicholson's father, David Nicholson runs a pet shop, where they sell the best birds in New York. Not many people would look at the little apartment complex with a sign above it that said 'Big Apple Pets', but the inside was beautiful. It was much bigger than you would think, and held all sorts of beautiful animals. Caden's favorite was his budgie Mint, the most beauwtifwul boi in awl da land. He would never surrender him. To true love or his worst enemy yet.

What happens one day when the boy Caden met at the AWKWARD and HUMILIATING Tuesday's Taco Trade last Friday at their high school walks into the shoppe looking for a bird, only to lay his eyes upon Caden' favorite green and blue bird, Mint.
Will the boy buy another, possibly female bird and forget Caden? Or will find out about Caden's REAL feelings about him and what happened at the AWKWARD and HUMILIATING Tuesday Taco Trade?
